HOTEL RULES

  • Article 1 – General
    These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales and deliveries of “Hostellerie Le charme de la Semois” products and services by right to the exclusion of all other provisions and conditions communicated by the customer.
    Hostellerie Le charme de la Semois srl reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale in accordance with changes in its commercial policy and economic and legal requirements; the new general conditions will come into force as soon as they are communicated to the customer
    The customer is deemed to be fully aware of these general conditions of sale and to have accepted all their provisions, except in the case of special agreements stipulated in writing. 
     

  • Article 2 - Rates
    Our prices are:   excluding drinks - VAT and all taxes included - service included.
     

  •  Article 3 – Deposit
    The amount of the deposit must be paid to the hotelier before the date indicated, under penalty of breach of contract by the hotelier. The amount of the advance is determined by the hotelier and must not exceed 50% of the total cost.
     

  • Article 4 – Modification of the contract
    Any modification of the contract must be the subject of a written request or by email from the customer and will only be validated with the written agreement of the hotelier.
     

  • Article 5 – provision of rooms
    Le Charme de la Semois undertakes to make its rooms available to customers from 4 p.m. Rooms must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
     

  • Article 6 – Cancellations
    Notwithstanding the automatic application of other articles, the following terms and conditions apply
    Cancellations must be notified in writing or by email to the hotelier.
    They give rise to the following invoicing:

    • For any cancellation of stay 3 days before the scheduled arrival, compensation for forfeiture equal to 50% of the stay/service reserved.

    • Cancellation less than three days before arrival: the late cancellation indemnity will be equal to the price of the stay/service booked. 
       

  • Article 7 – No show / Cancellation without notice
    In the event of no-show or cancellation without notice, compensation of 100% of the amount of the services reserved, over the entire duration of the stay. 
     

  • Article 8 – Terms of payment
    We accept the following payment methods: cash and payment cards of the following types Bancontact/maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American express.
    We do not accept meal vouchers or restaurant tickets.
    Invoices must be issued and paid in the local currency within 14 days of the invoice date.
     

  • Article 9 – Animals
    Dogs are allowed in the property upon request, with the exception of the pool area.
    For animals that spend the night with the owner in the room, there is a supplement of 20 euros per night. 

  • Article 10 - Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation 5 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 50% of the amount of your stay.

In case of cancellation 2 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the amount of your stay.

 

For groups and Valentine's Day, Christmas and New Year weekends:

In the event of cancellation 15 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 50% of the amount of your stay.

In case of cancellation 7 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the amount of your stay

 

Covid19 measures:
Free cancellation in case of illness by Covid 19 (with medical certificate) or for any government measure that you 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_   prevents staying.
